Company Origin and Reasons for Founding

The creation of "Add to Box" stems from the team's deep concern for environmental protection and education, as well as painful reflection on the problems of plastic waste and environmental pollution. The initial inspiration came from a field trip, where team members noticed that a large number of disposable plastic tableware were discarded at will in the natural environment. These wastes not only polluted the beautiful landscape, but also directly threatened the survival of the ecosystem and wild animals and plants.

At the same time, team members found that although many children learned environmental protection concepts in school, they lacked opportunities for actual participation and experience, resulting in weak environmental awareness and insufficient motivation to take action. We realize that only by allowing people to personally participate in the natural cycle can we truly arouse their attention to the environment and take action in their daily lives.

Backstory

The opportunity to create "Planting Box" came from a campus cooperation project. We worked with a local primary school and designed an activity for children to plant plants by themselves. During the activity, we used biodegradable lunch boxes as planting containers and added germinable seeds. After the activity, the children buried the lunch boxes and kitchen waste in the soil and observed the growth process of the plants. This design not only allows children to experience the joy of planting, but also allows them to learn about resource recycling and nature conservation. Surprisingly, the children took the initiative to share their planting results after the activity and encouraged their families to participate. This positive impact inspires us.

From then on, we were determined to expand this idea into products and educational programs so that more people could participate in this environmental experience. Our goal is not only to reduce the use of disposable tableware, but also to convey the concept of natural cycle through entertaining and educational means, so as to deeply instill environmental awareness in everyone's hearts.

Vision and Mission

"Tianzuo Box" is not only a product, but also a mobile platform. Our mission is to integrate the concept of sustainable development into people's daily lives through innovative environmental design, and to cultivate the next generation's sense of responsibility for the earth with education as the core. We believe that starting with a biodegradable lunch box can plant forests, foster hope, and ultimately bring lasting changes to the earth.
